Press Square Underpass March 21 – 22, 2015 – The precast concrete elements placing was performed within a very short period of time, in order to avoid traffic restriction in the area. The works were performed in two stages, after each one, the road being rebuilt and opened for circulation. Two high tonnage cranes were used in order to lift and place each precast concrete element (over 150 tones).

Dacia Mioveni – Apolodor performed the demolition by implosion for the Administrative Building on the Dacia platform, Saturday , February 14, 2008, at 15:00 pm.

The building, consisting of 10 levels (Ug + Gf + 8F) and with a ground
footprint of 960 sqm, is only 3 meters from the connection building with
the new administrative one. The old pavilion had to be demolished so
that the nearby building (connected to power, water, gas, and fully
functional) would not be damaged.
Following the controlled implosion, for which a quantity of 90 kg of explosive was used, the building tilted at 30° in the direction of the P3 car parking, so that, although they were very close, the connecting body and the new administrative building were not affected at all.
At a distance of 2 meters from the place where the building fell, there was also a functioning sewage, which also remained intact after the pavilion’s contact with the ground.
All the material resulted from the demolished building was collected in the pit executed prior to the implosion, which was 20 meters wide and surrounded by an earth dam, having the role of stopping the shock waves.
No damage was reported whatsoever (no broken windows of the surrounding buildings), and the photos showed that even the lighting poles at 2 meters distance remained untouched.

Dacia Mioveni – Compania APOLODOR a executat demolarea prin basculare a Pavilionului Administrativ de pe platforma de la Mioveni, sâmbătă, 14 februarie 2008, ora 15:00.

Cladirea, formată din 10 nivele (S + P + 8E) şi având o amprentă la sol de 960 mp, se afla la doar 3 metri de corpul de legătură cu noul corp administrativ. Vechiul pavilion trebuia demolat asfel încât clădirea învecinată (racordată la reţele de curent electric, apă, gaze, şi perfect funcţională) să nu fie afectată.
În urma imploziei controlate, pentru care s-a folosit o cantitate de 90 kg de explozibil, clădirea s-a înclinat la 30º în direcţia parcarii P3, astfel că, deşi erau foarte aproape, corpul de legătură şi noul sediu administrativ nu au fost deloc afectate.
La o distanţă de 2 metri faţă de locul în care a căzut clădirea se afla şi o canalizare în funcţiune, care a rămas de asemenea intactă după contactul pavilionului cu pământul.
Tot materialul din clădirea demolată s-a strâns în groapa executată înainte de implozie, largă de 20 m, înconjurată de un dig de pământ, care a avut şi rolul de a opri undele de şoc.
Nu a fost raportată nici o pagubă (nici un geam spart la cladirile din jur), din fotografiile expuse rezultând că şi stâlpii de iluminat aflaţi la 2 m de clădire au rămas neatinşi.
