  • Demolare spectaculoasa la Oltenita

    Termocentrala Oltenita

    Cosurile Termocentralei Oltenita – Cele trei turnuri ale fostei centrale de termoficare din orasul Oltenita au fost demolate prin implozie controlata.

    Dificultatea lucrarii a rezultat din faptul ca cele trei turnuri, cu inaltimi de 80 m, 60 m, respectiv 40 m inaltime, din beton, au avut in interior cate un alt turn din caramida. Pentru demolare s-a folosit o cantitate de 78 kg de explozibil si s-au luat masuri speciale de siguranta.

    Paroseni – Demolarea cosului de la Termocentrala Paroseni Tehnologie marca APOLODOR in Romania.

    Lucrarea s-a executat conform unei tehnologii introdusa in Romania de firma noastra inca din anul 1998.

    Avand in vedere inaltimea mare a cosului de fum (120 m) si faptul ca in imediata apropiere se aflau instalatii in functiune ale termocentralei, fara a perturba activitatea, am recurs la metoda de demolare fina, bucata cu bucata. Astfel, se-a utilizat foarfeca hidraulica de demolat Atlas Copco 2100, montata pe o macara Liebherr LTM 1500 cu brat de 150 m, si actionata de catre excavatorul de mari dimensiuni Liebherr R 954 prin intermediul prelungirii conductelor transmisiei hidrostatice. Un sistem de transmisie a imaginilor captate de o camera de luat vederi amplasata in varful cosului, a ajutat operatorul de la sol sa actioneze cu maxima precizie  foarfeca de demolat.

    Operatiunea a durat 30 zile si reprezinta cea mai eficienta metoda de demolare pentru o structura de o asemenea inaltime, realizandu-se intr-un timp foarte scurt, fara vibratii si perturbarea activitatii pe o raza de 25 m, si in conditii de maxima siguranta.

    The work was performed according to a technology introduced in Romania by our company since 1998.

    Considering the height of the stalk (120 m) and the fact that there were thermal power station plants in operation very close to it, we have chosen the method of fine demolition, piece by piece, without disrupting their activity. There for, we used the Atlas Copco 2100 hydraulic shears, mounted on a Liebherr LTM 1500 crane with a 150 m jib, and driven by a large excavator Liebherr R 954, by the extension of the hydrostatic transmission pipelines. A transmission system for the images captured by a video camera placed on top of stalk helped the operator at the ground to drive the hydraulic shears with maximum precision.

    The operation lasted 30 days and represented the most efficient method of demolition for a structure of such a height, being achieved in a very short time, without vibrations and disturbance of the activity within an area of 25 m, and in conditions of maximum safety.

     




  • Successful demolition at Ira Grivita – 2010

    Grivita IRA Factory – The former wagon repair factory IRA Grivita was mechanically demolished in just 4 days.

    The demolition was completed in January 2010 in conditions of maximum safety, without shocks, vibrations or heavy parts fallen from height. Throughout the works we intensively used a water jet in order to reduce the dust resulted from demolition.

    The equipment used was a very large Liebherr R 954 excavator with a 28 m long jib and demolition hydraulic shears.

     




  • Demolare cu succes la Ira Grivita – 2010

    Fabrica IRA Grivita – Fosta fabrica de reparatii vagoane IRA Grivita a fost demolata mecanic in doar 4 zile.

    Lucrarile de demolare si evacuare au fost finalizate in luna Ianuarie 2010 in conditii de maxima siguranta, fara socuri, vibratii sau caderi de elemente masive de la inaltime. Pe tot parcursul lucrarilor s-a folosit intens jetul de apa pentru a reduce foarte mult praful rezultat in urma demolarii.
    Pentru demolare s-a folosit un excavator de dimensiuni foarte mari, Liebherr R 954 cu brat lung de 28 m si foarfeca hidraulica de demolat.




  • Demolare Electroaparataj

    ELECTROAPARATAJ – Lucrarile de demolare au inceput la sfarsitul lunii martie si au fost finalizate in luna August, toate cladirile din incinta Electroaparataj fiind demolate mecanic. Pentru demolarea fostei fabrici de produse electrice si electronice Electroaparataj s-a folosit toata gama de excavatoare, de la IHI 17 de mici dimensiuni, folosit pentru demolarea zidariei interioare, pana la excavatorul de mari dimensiuni Liebherr R 954.
    Cantitatea totala ce a fost demolata este de 40 000 mc.

  • Demolition of the former Electroaparataj factory

    ELECTROAPARATAJ – The demolition started at the end of March and will be completed at the beginning of August, all buildings inside Electroaparataj area being mechanically demolished. For the demolition of the former Electroaparataj electrical and electronic products factory, the full range of excavators is employed, from the small IHI 17 used for the demolition of the inner masonry to the Liebherr R 954 excavator. The total volume to be demolished is 40,000 cubic meters.

  • Obor Market

    OBOR Market – After the demolition of the old market, the construction works at the new Obor Market started; it is a multifunctional building with five trunks and two basements and a total built area of 8350 sq.m. Starting in November 2009, when works began, until now, over 8000 cubic meters of concrete have been  cast, the volume increasing in the last months, up to 2000 cubic meters of concrete cast only in April 2010. The works will be completed at mid June 2010.

    Piata OBOR – Fosta piata a fost demolata, iar in locul ei s-a construit o cladire multifunctionala, cu cinci corpuri si doua subsoluri, si o suprafata totala construita de 8350 mp. Lucrarile, in cadrul carora s-a turnat un volum pana la 2000 mc de beton pe luna, au fost finalizate in iunie 2010.
